Spa Policies
We recommend scheduling your appointment at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability. Upon booking, please notify our receptionists your preference for a female or male therapist, as well as any physical ailments or conditions (including pregnancy). When scheduling an appointment, we require a credit card or gift card to reserve your time. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow a stress-free check-in, changing, and a pre-treatment consultation. We regret that we may be unable to extend the time of an appointment if you arrive late.
The services you've selected are reserved especially for you with one of our professionals. Your credit card will not be charged until your service or if no notice is given, a cancellation fee may be charged to your credit card. We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give a minimum of 24-hours notice for any single service. A 48-hour notice is required for any multiple service or spa package cancellation. Special requirements may apply for group bookings. A full service charge will apply for any late cancellations or no show appointments.
We reserve the right to deny spa services for any physical or medical conditions. For your safety and well-being, we highly discourage alcohol consumption prior to any spa service.
